Ford E350 Econoline 24 ft RV severe lack of power!

It definitely only has one tank, there's no switch on the dash.
I believe it cuts off in reverse as well, but I can confirm that for sure when I drive it tomorrow.
Is the idle limit screw something I can check myself? The by-pass solenoid is a little over my head, is there an easy check for that as well? Either way, you make an interesting point - none of this was happening before we got all that work done around 2 weeks ago in Vegas. Thats where they re-tightened the exhaust manifolds, advanced the timing, replaced the muffler and cat converter. Perhaps someone messed with something there.
And yes, the running joke is that we've almost created a brand new vehicle! We're thinking that we'll have to extend our road trip even longer, considering how much money we've pumped into this in the past 4 months (now totalling over $10,000!).

The horse is kinda gone out of the stable , if you know what I mean. When you decide to head for home we might be able to help with a PM program that should save you some time and problems up the road.
It is not a good practice to replace parts just because someone says they could be malfunctioning. There are certain checks you can perform with a simple tool that will provide codes and run certain tests automatically on the older Fords that have computers. It didn't require any kind of scan tool and was built into the computer. I will be happy to provide that info for you when you get home if you like. Until then keep your fingers and toes crossed.
