Parking cable made of unobtainium.
If all else fails,
can you remove the defective cable and check if a local fabrication shop can make one up for you? You will need entire length and all ends.
You would be surprised at what some shops can do these days. Pays to check around.
Did you consider checking your cable against what might be available and see if a correction can be made to make new cable work?

i found out it wasn't the cable it was the linkage inside the drivers side rear it was all rusty so i took it apart and freed it up and put the parking brake on 10 clicks and adjusted until the rear wheel wouldn't move then released it and everything works smooth now.
