Default 2002 v10 engine has bellied my heater core

Have replaced heater core once and looks like I will have to do it again. Has anyone run into this before or know what the cause is. Is my head gasket blown internally - please help.

Specs:2003 Triple E A30g XI motorhome on a 2002 chasis and Ford V10 gas engine. Cooling system is ford factory. Heating and air/con are Acme #322914.

Heater core is bellied from excess pressure ? Can you help?

Thanks all

Two questions I would like to ask.
Has anyone checked the radiator cap to see if the pressure relief part is working?
Did you purchase the heater core from Ford or did you get a good price on an imported core from the land of chow mein?
