Default 1955 Fairlane Sunliner Convertible red/white

I am new to the forum and need some help. I am looking for a vehicle to purchase for my dads 80th Birthday coming up
Back in the day he had a 1955 Fairlane Sunliner convertible Red/white with rear fender skirts

For the last 20 years when we talk cars he brings it up and I can tell the memories are find no doubt . I want to surprise him by letting him take my mom for a cruise in it again. Whenever he wants. Sounds corny but I have to make it happen

I am looking to purchase one for him. I’ve seen them online for anywhere from 25k to 65k

i want something that looks great and is reliable and safe to drive. It does not need to be an original number matching Car

i am looking to spend $30,000 to 35,000 on one but I’m not even sure if that is possible
I am looking for a car of course and need your help but also could use advise if that is all you can offer 😊😊

we do not know if his car was red on the bottom or white on the top so either one would work fine ( if one of the paint schemes is factory) that is the one he would have had

I can’t wait to make this happen. And would appreciate any help or feedback that would help me locate a vehicle like this

Even if you can't locate exactly what you are looking for,There might be a newer model , 50's vintage, that would be just as well received, what do you think?
Age is leaking out, but did he ever mention if it had the "Continental Package " placed on the rear? That was the spare tire mounted back there. Added some addl length.
