Thumbs up

Welcome to the site..

How long is the 'run time' before it stalls out?
After it stalls, does the carb accelerator pump still squirt fuel into the intake?
Seem to be flooded on restart?

Seem to run on all 8 before it cuts out? (Firing order?)
Spark drop out?
Timing, gap/dwell is spec?
All vacuum connection/leak points checked?

My 2 cents
1. does the car start?
2. How long does it run before dying
3. is it at idle or are you giving it gas?
4. is it a rough idle or smooth?
If it runs we know you have spark.
Like above, check for vacuum leaks, around base of carburetor, vacuum hoses
if you have not changed any of those do so
when did you change the fuel filter and fuel pump..
