94 Clutch problems
I'm a Tech at one of my local shops. I got a 94 5.0L with a 5 speed and came in for a master cylinder issue. Replaced the master and I watched it drive off in to the sunset. About a week later got a call saying that the pedal will not depress. We ended up replacing the all components clutch plate, slave, another master cylinder, hose, everything except the pedal assembly. I bled the system pedal is stiff but has about 1 1/2 inch of travel before you feel it. I've been bleeding it for 2 days now periodically and still won't shift. any ideas or personal experiences?

Were you able to disconnect some things to take them out of the picture?
For example, did you remove the clutch master cyl and verify the pedal and rod are free? If Ok can fluid come out of the master with the pedal going down?
After that if the hose to the release bearing has a problem, were you able to verify that it is clear with no obstruction ? What about the connection to the release bearing?
Last, where did you get the parts,? Some aftermarket parts are of questionable quality and have to be carefully checked before installation.
