Default CMAX Energie go times not working

Have a 2017 Cmax energie. Trying to use Sync Go Time function to complete charging and set climate control temperature at a scheduled time. The climate control function is not working. Anyone have a similar problem? Customer care has told me it should work and is escalating the problem. I am thinking it might be due to my vehicle running SYNC and not SYNC3. Any suggestions?

Default myfordmobile update

I thought most myfordmobile commands (including go-times) would not work with Sync(basic) in the energie because they were not identified in my user manual. There are identified for sync3 in the manual. Ford customer care told me they do work with Sync. My cell service is marginal as I live in a rural area about 8 miles from the nearest tower. Much of the time vehicle updates from the web/cell phone will not work. I had tried remote start/lock/unlock and the sync/updates always failed. I have started setting the climate control to auto mode before I turn off the vehicle. I have now successfully used 'remote start' to activate the climate control and climate condition the car. Remote lock/unlock work as well. These work as long as the sync/update completes successfully. The goal is to climate condition the car while it is still plugged in for cold weather use. Remote start does that on demand. Go-Times does the same thing using pre-planned times. Go-times still do not work - but it may be due to a communication failure from the myfordmobile website to the vehicle using their cellular link. Climate conditioning the car prior to use not only conditions the cabin temperature and defrosts the windows; but also conditions the battery temperature because cabin air is used to heat/cool the batteries. I have already seen a 50% decrease in electric range due to initial climate conditioning and cold batteries while the vehicle is not plugged in.

I had a similar problem and just solved it by pulling out fuse #67 and plugging it back in again. It's one of the fuses on the passenger side, below the glove compartment. You'll have to twist off a couple of plastic screw covers and remove the thin cloth to get at them. It's awkward, hard to maneuver down there, and you'll need some sort of flashlight, but if you can pull it out with a pair of pliers, you can use your fingers to plug it back in.

Here's the fusebox map: https://fuse-box.info/ford/ford-c-ma...uses-and-relay
