Also, typical symptoms ive dealt with iac on previous cars where always high idle from sticking so how would it cause a rough idle? Is there a way to raise teh idle on these car? Sure theres no idle screw but some other way?
A stuck open IAC will cause a high idle. A clogged IAC system can cause a rough idle since the amount of air needed is blocked for smooth operation, or the valve does not seat properly.

Some Fords do have a factory set idle stop screw located on the throttle body or accelerator cable assembly. However, tampering with such a screw may cause false TPS signals to the PCM.
