04 Crown Victoria Interceptor only starts when warm weather
My 04 Crown Victoria won't start. Mechanic changed the fuel pump. It still doesn't start unless it's 70 degrees or hotter outside. I swapped the fuel pump driver module. It didn't solve the issue. Do you guys have any ideas?

You said your car only starts when cold and no start when warm. Do you mean "no crank no start" or "crank but no start"?
Your check engine light functioning or not? Turn your key to ON position, can you see the light? Once you start it the light goes away, then your CEL bulb check is working. Do you have any CEL?
What's the battery voltage reading when cold, and when warm?
