Default 2006 Crown Vic Intermittent Instrument Cluster Power

So I have a crown vic that loses power to its instrument cluster intermittently while driving. This also seems to affect the power steering?

Any suggestions on what I should try?

Probably would be a good idea to look at a wiring diagram and look for a relationship between the two.

I'm having the same issue with the same year, power steering not there when I first start moving, then fine. Entire instrument cluster is intermittent. Did you find a solution?
