Lightbulb 2006 Grand Marquis Suspension

I have recently purchased a 2006 Merc. G.M. and want to update the following suspension parts I have recently purchased. Monroe front struts and coils pre-assembled, Moog rear springs and Monroe shocks. I get no bounce back on shocks (seem to be OK), but vehicle is measuring one inch lower than factory specs with 225/65/16 tires at the wheel wells. I think age has taken its toll on the springs. I do not have the facility or the youth to make these changes and would like to know what I should expect the amount of time required to have someone do this mechanical work for me. I am past the age of jacking up vehicles and doing this myself. :-) .
The car is a keeper in great shape with a leather interior and reasonable low mileage for its age. I have been surfing for R&R times to no avail. Any knowledgeable help would be appreciated. Thanks John.

As you are aware, different areas have different labor rates and different caliber of technicians. It might help if you were to check with some local shops and dealers to get a better idea of costs involved.

Thanks for the reply Hanky. Amid the background of information that I posted was my question regarding the amount of time required to perform the removal and re-installation of these parts.
I checked with the local Ford dealership in regards to this as their mechanics are paid flat rate times for these services. They were of no help and would not disclose any information other than to offer their hourly rate. I think I'll avoid them at any cost. :-) The answer that one would normally receive normally depends on the person that you ask, and this will vary greatly. There are times published for the job I was inquiring about. Chiltons books (the big hard cover editions) use to give this information but I currently do not have this access. I think a mechanic/person who has worked on these cars or has access to R&R times should be able to answer my question. Again thanks for your reply.

To do front springs in our shop we charge two shop hours plus an alignment. If you decide to go OEM on the front springs you can look at the part numbers below:

Base: 3W1Z-5310-BA (#3W1Z5310BA: COIL SPRING. Spring. Front)
Heavy Duty: 9W7Z-5310-B (#9W7Z5310B: COIL SPRING. Spring. Front)
Sport: 9W7Z-5310-C (#9W7Z5310C: COIL SPRING. Spring.)
