95 Crown Vic power window problems

Default 95 Crown Vic power window problems
The power windows all work perfect when using the drivers side controls but they will not function when I use each individual door switch on each door.
Any idea's

Possibly bad switches. Did they all quit at once or kinda spread pout over time when they quit? If it spread out, the switches are probably bad.

Stupid question maybe, but you dont have the window switches shut off at the master switch? There is a button on the master switch to lock out the other switches.
