Vehicle is a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria 4.6L Police Interceptor. I installed the following brand new parts...... AC compressor_ evaporator_ condenser_ accumulator_ orifice tube_ high side switch_ o.rings on hoses (hoses were replaced not to long ago). Pulled a vacuum and added refrigerant but ac is still not getting cold. Low side gauge reads in-between 30-40 and the high side gauge reads low a little above 50. Also I added about 5oz of PAG46 oil and a ¼oz of UV DYE to compress before installation. Any advise will be very much appreciated. Thank you for your time
