Angry i need help with electrical problem PLEASE!

my wife got a flat tire and oddly enough when i changed the tire and tried to start the car it turned over but i could tell it wasn't getting fuel. I also noticed that the only light that came on dash panel when i turned the key to on was the battery light. the stereo didnt work the power windows didnt work but the heater did. the headlights and dome lights came on fine too but i could not shift into any gear even if key was in on position and foot on brake it was stuck in park but turning the key forward slightly passed the lock position i could manually shift it. i checked all fuses and then disconnected the battery and reconnected it. then the entire test stage of warning lamps worked fine and when i tried to start it the battery was low so i jump started it. it started fine and was running good but i noticed the airbag light kept blinking. i pressed the brake and everything died, when i released the brake all dash lights came back on i could start car again. this time i pressed the power window button car died again and all dash lights shut off. its very weird because the headlights and dome still function properly and the heater too but anything else that would require the car to be in run position kills car if pressed even the brake lights or pressing the pedal kills it. i replaced the battery and had alternator checked and it passed. if i turn the key to on but dont start it then the lights on dash go off too if i push brake or use power window. this just blows my mind. I cant really afford to tow it to a mechanic to test the wires i want to try everything i am capable of before paying a mechanic! Is there anyone had this happen before or has a suggestion I could try? Could it be anyway possible that it has to do with ignition switch?
