Default P0135 shorted bank one

Hello, I just bought this 05 from the California highway patrol . It was used as a commanders car. so it is a solid blue color I also have a 07 that runs great. The 05 keeps throwing up a P0135 code. I changed all 4 sensors and checked the heater voltages to the 02 sensors using a dvm. and reseting the computer I also disconnected the battery over night but that dident help. It happens after 20 miles after I reset the light. and suggestion's?? and I still have my ford tempo. I got the motor overhauled but I have a knock in the motor lots of bad luck
thank you

Ok I looked at other posts and I need to find some junction box. I ordered a factory manual so I can trace wiring sounds good to me.

I believe the O2 sensors have their own separate from other grounds. Might be a good idea to follow through and check them out.
