Default Which shocks for a Crown Vic LX

Hello all, I have a 2002 CV LX, not the sport model just the LX civilian model. Springs are soft and I want to stiffen it up a little. Right now I have KYB gas-a-just all around and are not doing a good job of keeping the car stable over humps in parking lots and dips on the freeway. Depending on severity of the dips and the speed of the car, it will bottom out. I'm not looking to make the car too stiff, just a normal firm ride. Budget is a little tight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Price springs for the Police Interceptor to go with your KYB's.

Had police interceptor springs installed (Moog). No good on this 2002 LX. Car way up high and too stiff. Way too stiff. Would you know the spring rates for a 2002 LX? The Moogs were 710 in front and 163 in rear. The rear was nice but too high up in the air.
