Question Too High Idle On Startup? Frustrated!

Hi everyone, I have an 03 CVPI with 105,000 mi. on it. This problem has been developing gradually over the last few months. When starting the car when the outside temp is cool 45-60 degrees, it has a very high idle speed for about 30 secs (sounds like 2500-2700 rpm). then slows to normal when the IAC duty cycle ends. When starting the engine in very cold temps, or when the engine is still warm, it works perfectly as it is supposed to. The car runs perfectly in all other aspects at all times. After the initial 30 secs. the car idles smoothly and properly at all times. I have recently replaced the IAC valve and MAF sensor and throttle position sensor. I believe the fast idle condition is a learned behavior from the computer since when the battery is disconnected for a while then reconnected the car starts normally for a few days and then gradually the problem returns. I have had it diagnosed at the dealership, with no codes stored, no vacum leaks or other problems found. The throttle body and intake, and all ports have both been cleaned by me, and again professionally by the dealership; these seemed to help a little for a while. I am concerned that the initial fast idle right at startup may be damaging the engine in the first few seconds as oil pressure is just coming up. The only thing I haven't done is replace the sensors that communicate outside air temp. or engine temp. info. to the PCM(I do not know where they, or it is located, or if this will fix the problem). Does anyone have any experience with this problem or any suggestions for a remedy?
Thanks!
Jayrome
