Default 1992 e150 problems speedometer tranny

hi everyone i have a 1992 e150 v8 5.8l the other day i noticed it was shifting out of first gear hard when im driving and im around 25 and it has to shift into the next gear it throws it in hard i also noticed my odometer and my speed are not working all the other gears go in good and when i let go of the gas it also acts up a little weird shifting down .....i read that it could be the sensor above the differential i changed it and nothing still the same any help please

Check the plugs and wires at the back of the trans.There is a speed sensor there.

are you sure there is one there on the back of the tranny i looked at the tranny the housing right were the drive shaft bar goes i didnt see anything can u dirrect me were exactly or what it looks like my van the part were it tells u how many miles u have its digital could this be why i didnt see one

If you have not found the problem and corrected it yet why not try this.
There should be at least two electrical plugs connected to the trans one that goes to the range switch on the driver's side and another that goes to the shift solenoids on the passenger side. Carefully remove each one and look for green corrosion . If you see any , clean the plugs and pins with penetrating oil and reinsert the plug a few times. Some trans's have a speed sensor on the tailshaft housing that is located on the driver's side. Let us know if this was of any help, thanks.
