I have a 1998 Ford e150 4.2l with a dipstick tube broken off right at the oil pan. I was able to get the piece out of the oil pan. I am unable to find a replacement piece. From what I can tell the dipstick tube comes in two pieces. The top part seems to be ok. I just can not find the bottom half. I am unable able to find anyone around here that can weld it. So I have the van stuck in my driveway. If anyone knows where I can get another one or anyway of fixing this one please let me know.

 

F8UZ-6754-AA seems to be the part number with 4R70W tranny.
