Had some work done on my F350 and the next time I went to check my oil the whole dipstick tube came with the dipstick. It has been broken off right where it was welded I guess.
My question is will the tube not being attached effect the oil pressure or anything.
I have put the two pieces together with a collar of copper tube. It fits well and is holding in place.
Am I good to go?
