Im out of ideas. I have an issue where my top brake light is staying on continuously even when the van is off. Neither of my lower brake lights work when the brake is pushed. The right turn signal works but the left doesnt. I installed a new battery, new lamps in the brake lights, and a new brake pedal switch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
