Default '92 e350 motorhome left signal and brake light problem

The left signal and brakelight (yellow wire) is not receiving any power when either is used. The flasher, fuses and bulbs are all new and good. Any ideas ?? I was thinking maybe bad indicator switch in the steering column ?? Right blinker and brakelight works fine..

Do they work with the hazard flashers? If not, would go after the signal switch assy in the steering col. Very easy to change, just remove plastic covers under steering wheel and two torx head screws and switch unplugs.
