2002 e250 crank no spark or fuel , suddenly
Van ran fine , smelled a burnt rubber or electrical smells
heavy rain for 3cdays and cranked ok cut off and won't fire still cranks. Obd2 won't connect.
has good ground straps
Good relay
Checking interiorer fuses today
I tried giving it fuel into the intake to see of its simply not getting fuel or bad fuel.
no result so I suspect there's also no spark.
im cleaning out today so i can remove the doghouse

When you first turn the key on , you should hear the fuel pump in the tank run for approx 2 seconds. Do you hear that? Sometimes you need to remove the fuel cap and listen close to the fill to hear it.. Yes/ No
The PCM momentarily provides the ground for the fuel pump relay to operate for the 2 seconds.That relay is usually located at the firewall near the battery on passenger side.

If you remove a spark plug , if it is wet, fuel is getting to the combustion chamber. If dry fuel supply problem. If wet, possible ign problem.
