Unhappy 2010 E-150 - Mice nest in vents!!!

Hello everyone,
When I turned on the fan this weekend a bunch of mouse nest blew through the vents. I pulled off the front vents caps (grates) and grabbed as much as I could out but it still smells horrible. I'm assuming I'll find/open up the fan but I'm not sure how much of the actual ducting I'm going to get to. Try to find some kind of aerosol disinfectant to spray where I can't reach. I'd appreciate any thoughts/suggestions.

Auto supply stores sometimes carry a product to get rid of mouse "Fragrance".. Used car dealers also use it to mask odors that might be in cars they purchase.

Make sure they don't have babies in the vehicle because dead mice also leave a bad odor.

if you get the 4-pack shown below that's too expensive.

Cheapest and most effective way is to get peppermint oil get it
here here
and buy the whole gallon preferred so you can use it elsewhere.
You just need to borrow the idea and find a container with lid or cut some holes on the lid, then you can pour or soak or spray the peppermint oil on cottons and place that inside the container.
You kill them they are going to come back, so instead let them stay away with peppermint oil.
