Default 2012 E-250 Flasher Relay Location

I have a 2012 e-250 and for the life of me I can't find the flasher relay. does anyone know where it is? I've taken the entire dash apart except for the top and can't find it anywhere. Ford tells me that it's to the left of the radio location. i can't get my hand in there will I have to take the dash board off? I'm almost thinking it would be easier to put resistors on my LED signal lights.

Thanks for any help

Turn signal/hazard lamps are pulsed by voltage from the SJB..

Question need clarification

I'm unsure what you mean is there a flasher unit somewhere?

The smart junction box pulses the turn/hazard voltage. No flasher unit.

Being the wattage isn’t consistent or matched between incandescent and LED the SJB will pulse/flash the LED faster as it would with a bulb out with standard units. I’d assume you’d need to match the resistance to get a standard flash rate.
