Default 96 E250 help with front bearings

I wanted to replace front bearing, but it seems to be seized on the spindle, any suggestions on how to get it off?

Are we talking about the inner or outer bearing race?

Outer bearing race, I cant get the entire hub to come off, so I cant really see what is with the inner bearing.

If you have tried penetrating oil with no results there are at least two other ways you might try. You might get hold of a long reach puller and apply pulling pressure to the rotor then give the puller a good whack or two and that will usually break it loose. the other method would be to apply some heat to the bearing with a bernz torch and try to pry it off. You will get some fire there since the grease inside will want to burn.
It is cheaper to have to replace the rotor than the spindle.
