AC Heat Blower
2001 ford e 250.. replaced fuse, relay, resistor and blower motor...I dont get air flow from vents.. heat or ac..... I have seen multiple threads on this but not an answer that i can use.. If anyone can help it would be awesome.
To clarify, is the blower motor running at any time? If not, then check the plug behind the blower switch assy . If it is melted, there is your problem. The heat would cause a bad connection between the supply and the rest of the switch positions. Before going any further did I understand your problem correctly?
Hanky, thanks for your response.. yes it is running. i checked it last night.. I am thinking it is the airflow door? I am getting minimal air flow only through 1 vent, which i think is residual from the engine.. do you know if there is a switch or sensor for the door?
I wish I could be of more help on the exact operation of the doors. Unless someone with more definite knowledge of them comes forth, you might if possible remove the glove box and look to see which doors are responding to which positions of the function switch.
You just might see something moving as you change positions on the switch and no change in air flow. It could give you a clue to where the problem lies.
