Default no blower, no heat or ac

2001 e-150, blower does not work at any speed, checked the fuses, just replaced the switch panel, still nothin, it just quit while I was driving one day, did come back on briefly the other day, but still nothin. Should I just try and replace the blower motor? thanks, Dan

Try looking at the wires going to the blower under the hood. My Van was doing that same thing. The wires i found that caused the problem were behind the Battery up against the firewall in the corner behind the Air Conditioner piping. try wiggling them after u have turned on the heater/air control.

There should be two wires coming out of the blower motor itself a black wire and an orange wire. Unplug those wires and power them directly with a ground to the black wire and just touch a jumper wire from the positive post of the battery to the orange wire. The motor should run briefly , if it does that confirms the blower motor is ok. Depending on what result you post will determine what steps you might do next. Will wait to hear from you.
