Hi all. I have a 1998 E-150 4.6L 2V that I'm having an issue with. The brake pedal is soft and doesn't bite until its a little more than half way pressed. Once it hits that sweet spot the pedal gets hard and brakes well. With the van off, the pedal gets rock hard with 3-4 pumps so im assuming the master cylinder is ok. I've replaced both front calipers, rotors, and pads. Bled all 4 corners of the car multiple times and added new fluid. The brake fluid is always at the same spot so no leaks either. Any ideas?
