I have a 1994 Ford E-350 Diesel and I would like to know if the body chassis is the same on the front end as newer years or if not when did it change? I would like to redo the front to give it a false newer looking identity.

I have done this with a 1999 Lincoln Towncar to make it look like a 2005. From the door posts forward everything was replaced. It was a simple snap off bolt on approach where everything fit just fine as it had the same base model design.
