Convert Slide Door to Hinged? 2011 E250

Is it possible to convert sliding side door to two hinged swing out doors without major modifications? Would it be better to just seek a van with OEM hinged doors instead of modification? I'm looking at a 2011 E250 that would be perfect for my business and is a good price, but I can't have a big sliding door in my situation.

Thank you for the advice. I’m definitely not up for a major modification! Too bad because the van was just what I was looking for at a good price. Back to searching. Thanks again!
