Default Dead Instrument Cluster

Time for a new one.

instrument cluster not functioning beyond the backlight. The radio is dead as well. I changed all the dead fuses in the driver's side box that were bad. Still nothing. A friend told me that in some cars the headlight switch can sometimes pass power etc to accessories. Now one thing I'm wondering is that I'm sure there is a relay in there somewhere. I thought I saw where the accessories relay also controls the cluster. Looking at an official pdf I saw this. Trying to avoid sending it out for repair Does anyone know what relay # it is? Can't seem to find a part number.

Exactly what light not illuminating when you turn on the headlight at night time?
Climate control illumination working or not?
What is "radio is dead", no sound? no power? no illumination?
Submit pics here if possible. One pic is better than 100 words.

You missed it my guy....Never said the backlight wasn't illuminating. Backlight works fine....It's the cluster that isn't working. As in all functionality. No odometer, speedometer, etc....Radio has no power at all. Even with all fuses replaced like I said. Hence why I brought up the relay.

You insisted it was a problem with the relay, so look at 60-4 then bypass the relay and test. First thing test all associated fuses. You can even borrow a relay from another device within your own van.
