Default E-350

I have a 2009 E-350 and I tow a small camper. It does alright but I'm curious if it's possible to convert it to the 6.4 powerstroke and if it is possible, what would it cost.

Welcome to the site Jim..

Would be a huge task, $$$,, more so without a complete donor. If PS diesel was the only goal, it probably would be easier to trade off the gasser for diesel. Cummins conversion, may be a more viable avenue for a diesel since they are more of a kit type convert into a Ford. Back in the 70’s we used to put Detroit’s and Perkins in F Series trucks well before Navistar married with and into Fords platforms.. Was a sizeable job back then without all the engine/management/emmision control we see today. Cost would most likely be the determining factor going diesel, but it could be done....
