Default E250 Hard Start

Our 2013 E250 is hard to start after filling up.
Once the tank is filled ( and no not over filled), it will crank and not turn over on the first 2 attempts. 3rd sometimes 4th attempt it will start, run rough and shut off. 4th to 5th attempt it will start and run. We have replaced the fuel pump, purge valve solenoid and the canister. The van ran good for about 1,000 miles and now it is happening all over again. Today the check engine light came on and it gave P0171 and P0174 codes, bank lean codes. We replaced the gas cap also. This van has been well taken care of. It is my husbands work vehicle so it can not be down for any length of time. We are both knowledgeable car people but we are stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Its really sad to heard about your condition. But as you said you change the such parts but the same problem comes again. I don't know what to do. Maybe some ??

If the vehicle is a 2013 it may still be under warranty, I would suggest taking it to the dealer if it is still eligible. I am sorry to hear of these recurring issues.

If it is not covered by warranty,
I suspect there is a problem with the vent valve that is supposed to allow the vapors when filling to get into the charcoal canister and instead are getting into the intake and causing a flooding condition. The vent could be either not functioning or blocked with mud etc., especially if the vehicle drives on other than clean roads.
