Default Front End Leak 1990 club wagon xlt

Just got this club wagon xlt and noticed this leak this morning, what would i need to replace to get this to stop leaking?
Sorry very new to all of this, Thanks!

probably rear main seal.

Since you just got the van, might be a good idea to remove the doghouse cover from the inside and take a peek at the engine compartment. Look for any leaks at the top rear of the engine and if any are found it could be running down the rear of the engine. If all is well , I would be inclined to agree with Rusty and from the appearance of the oil on the ground it does look like engine oil.
