How do I remove the ballancer so that I can change the front oil seal on a 1995 E350--5.8 literengine? I have the center bolt out. Do I need to remove the belt pully firstorwill they come off together?

Depending on the puller used, you may need to remove the pulley..

Thanks Hayapower. I removed the pulley and I'll pick up the correct puller today.

PS, I am also going to change the timing chain while I am this far. The truck has 181K on the engine.
