Fuel lines 1987 e150
I have an 87 e150. I want to change all the fuel lines but I can't find them on RockAuto or O'Reilly or AutoZone.
Where can I get some fuel lines that are compatible with my van? Additionally, it has two gas tanks.

I don't remember nor did you say,,,,,if they are metal or black synflex tubing.
If metal, you might try an auto supply store like NAPA. You need to go there!
Tell them what you are looking for and they will direct you to the section of the displays and you can pick out what you need.
Most times they can assist you with any special tools , if needed.
Just a reminder,,,,,,,GASOLINE IS HIGHLY FLAMMABLE AND YOU SHOULD BE WEARING GLOVES TO PREVENT THE GAS FROM GETTING ON YOUR SKIN.
THEY WILL HAVE THE GLOVES YOU NEED. Today's gasoline is is BAD to get on your skin. If you don't think this is true do a little reading of what today's gas is composed of..Even notice videos of techs wearing gloves.
Don't forget to get a new fuel filter while there.

It has always been the rule, no unions in fuel or brake lines !!
Synflex tubing requires no special tools , but does require special fittings.
Where ever a piece of added tubing is connected to a metal/brass fitting, it MUST have an insert that goes into the end of the tubing to prevent it from collapsing and leaking..
When you get to the store, you will see all the available fittings you might require and if not,,, those in the parts store usually know what is needed..
Make sure you anchor/secure the tubing to prevent looseness and the possibility of rubbing through. You can use zip ties to do some of that..
