I am a new member as of 5 minutes ago and glad I found this forum.
I am a paint contractor and currently own a 2008 E150 with the 4.6L V8. I bought the commercial lease out because it has low miles and is spotless, plus it has never been lettered so the finish is perfect and I can start custom painting it come springtime........anywho.......
I also want to do some cosmetic upgrades and have purchased 17" American Racing rims and high profile, wider tires......my kids say it looks like a Hotwheels car cause the tires and rims are noticeably bigger.
I am going to add a cold air intake and a custom dual exhaust as well to differentiate me from other hum-drum Econolines and because I think it would be cool to hot-rod it out a bit since thats my profession.......Can anyone here offer any advice or suggestions as to brands, types of cold air intakes and/or exhaust you all may have done to your E series to spice them up and make them sound good?
Any input would be appreciated, and good to be here.
