new here with a couple of questions

Default new here with a couple of questions

hi i have a 1999 ford taurus se all stock. but there are a few problems

1. how come when i try to start the car it takes like 2 seconds to turn on? (it kind ofhesitates to turn.)

2. how come when i go to lock the doors all the locks dont go down?

3.how come i cant open the trunk with the key i have to go inside the car and push the button?

1. Ignition switch or starter relay getting tired?

2. Actuators and pivot points need lubricated if the lock moves at all. Otherwise you could have a bad lock actuator(s).

3. Lock assembly froze up normally from non-use. Needs some PB Blaster sprayed into it and work the key back and forth until it is freed up.

i tried removing the inside panel of the car so that i can grease the door locks and for some reason it wouldnt come out. i removed the 2 screws on one side and one a screw on the other side, i also removed the screw thats inside the thing where you put you hand in to close the door and the panel still wouldnt come out. is there anything else am missing?

Try cleaning the battery cables.

Also, as mentioned the trunk and front doors can be lubed, by spraying lubethen usingthe keyto work it back and forth in the lock.
