Exclamation HELP!! 1998 E450 V10- Loses Power

This first happened on the highway - going 65mph then it just cut down to 45 and would not go any faster. Took it to dealership and they said it was the O2 sensor and was replaced. (cost me ALOT of $) Was ok for a while after that was replaced (not long) and then it did it again and after awhile is fine again! I have no idea if this is going to happen again, or when. Anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong with it? (Also the check engine light is on and the fuel filter was changed.) This is costing me alot of money and time, which I don't have much of either!

It would help if you could get the code(s) in the Computer(PCM). I believe Autozone does this service free of charge.
