Idle randomly high E250 5.4

Had a couple of instances when the idling of my van just randomly creeps to almost 2k. It hasn’t done it for a while but I’d like to sort it out. Is it a vacuum issue ?

It could be , if,,,,,,,,,,the leak gets larger by itself.
