Default wierd noise passengers front 05 E350

hi looking for some ideas i am getting a wierd noise sounds like a relay buzzing or some kind of metal to metal clicking
mostly on decel no brakes applied and when turning (varies with speed and rpm) recent work done replaced starter and replaced heater blower resistor, note removed new starter to check that was not hitting flywheel. its ok.
pulled passenger front wheel released pads to check them and wheel wheel bearing seem ok.

ideas ?

Do you hear the noise when the heater controls are in the OFF position ?
Can you check to determine if the sound is coming from the engine compartment, under the vehicle, maybe inside the vehicle?
Look at the U joints on the driveshaft, do you see any signs of rust trails?
If it is more pronounced on turning, keep in mind sounds can telegraph and seem to be coming from a completely different area.

put the van back together has nothing to do with heater (on /off low or high no change)sounds like a relay buzzing
noise is much louder on passenger side. seems to be throttle related. any relays not located in fuse /relay box anyone can think of ?

Not clear if sound can be heard if vehicle is moving, not moving, engine running , not running,
Please be as specific as you can.
If for instance, you can hear the buzzing either with the engine running or not, as long as vehicle does not have to be moving,
then you might use a piece of tubing or hose to place one end near your ear and move the other end to where you think the sound is loudest. This should help pin down where it is originating. Can we do this?

only when moving. did some testing yesterday.
if the van is manually shifted i can not get it to make the noise in first or second gear no matter what i do.

when shifted into drive with OD off light throttle does it badly.heavy throttle barely does it
OD on light throttle does it. heave throttle does it some times.
i am fairly sure is lock up converter related.
have to figure ot if there is any external relays if not it must be coming from the internal solnoids

any info would be appreciated
