loose vacum pipe

Default loose vacum pipe

97 5.4 triton engined E150, lifted the doghouse(engine cover) and found a Black vacum pipe lieing loose on the engine, traced it back to the throttle body where it also joins 2 Red pipes that go to each fuel regulator, cant seem to find where the Black pipes ment to go? anybody help me? cheers

Do you have any pictures that might help in identification?
Do you have any current issues with the way the engine is running?
