Ok button is not clickable because engine size is not selected, check my signature below to see why.
You said you need electrician does that mean you need or don't need any diagnostic procedures and diagrams?
You said both driver and passenger power windows stop working, are they currently all the way up and won't go down, or no problem going downward only going up slowly, and you have to wait every few minutes to go up a couple inches?
How do you know there is no power to the fuel pump relay, who told you that?

Is 1997 e150 1/2 Ton Van engine is v8 5.4L 2wd, auto, the car have problem with engine when turns 4st gear in 55 miles/hour engine begin work very bad, not have a reaction of acceleration pedal but when turns 3st gear engine begin work fine I think is bad fuel pump. And I remove fuel tank for put new fuel pump and after that pump stop working and I use multimeter for check wires to fuel pump because I think maybe I broke some wire when remove fuel tank but all wires is good. And after some time I find there is not power in relay in fuel pump and after that I try to close my window in car but window not closed. After 1 week I go to shop to ask what I need to do they say need fix ECU or engine computer they give me new one but new computer not helped, just nothing changed.

Have you checked the inertia switch yet? Remove the passenger side kick panel you will see that.
What's the current mileage and you service your transmission last time, have you checked the dipstick of it?

I check inertia switch and he work perfectly fine, and I figure out in in 30 pin of relay fuel pump I see 12v and in 86 pin of relay ground is here. And if connect 30 pin with 87 pin fuel pump is turn on, and relay is working. And in 85 pin there is not signal to turn on relay fuel pump.

Fuse F17 (30A) connects to Terminal 30 via circuit 37 (Yellow wire), this is hot at all time you said no problem.
Terminal 85, LB/O (light blue/orange) wire, remove the relay and probe it you should get ground signal from PCM (pin-80) thru circuit 926 at all time.
Terminal 87, the DG/Y (dark green/yellow) wire, connects to pin 40 of your PCM thru circuit 238, unplug the relay and pcm connector, use ohm meter set the dial to 200Ω and probe both ends you should get 2ohm or less.
Terminal 86, the R (red) wire, remove the relay you should get battery voltage there when key is in RUN or ON position, this is the trigger wire.

C236 goes to inertia switch
