No sound from speakers

Default No sound from speakers
Hello. I have a 2013 econoline. No sound heard from speakers. Tried master reset of radio. Anyone familiar with problem/solution?

Have you checked all the wiring?

At this point we don't know if the radio is getting power to operate, owner's manual should tell you which fuse to make sure it is good.

You are right. I had just assumed it was lighting up.
