Kind of a stupid question but was wondering if there is a fade or balance option in the stock radio of a 98 ford ranger, just replaced rear speakers in it and no sound... bought the truck used and there wasnt ne speakers in the rear so i put some in...but no sound and was curious if it was a balance fade issue???

 

there is a balance and fade thing on the radio. it will either be a button or either a dial or something, as far as i know that is. otherwise i would check your wiring. i had an issue with a sub i had in my car that was brand new and i didnt get any sound out of it and it ended up being the sub. so if the wiring is correct then its the speakers. good luck
