Default really just wondering, after tune up question.

Hi,
something keeps popping up in my head, drove van into shop, replaced rotor cap, rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and it started up perfect, noticed at the exhaust it had lots of condensation coming out after i started it, it actually made a pretty good puddle on the floor, water had no smell, would that have something to do with one dead cylinder coming alive after all this time?
i know it's been running erratic for quite some time now.

Do you remember what the spark plug looked like from the misfiring cyl?

Since the plug was fouled with crud you would not see any indication of coolant.
If the coolant level doesn't go down and the engine runs fine , run it a couple days and check the coolant level for any loss. If none, then just normal condensation at the end of the pipe.

What year and what engine?
