Question will standard 2" tow receiver hitch fit front bumper?

newbie here,
I have a basic E150 cargo van, not extended. It has windows & no back seats...
I'm slowly turinng into an excursion/travel/camp war-wagon.
I'm seeking to add a 2" tow receiver hitch to the front frame/bumper to haul 1 or 2 bicycles while potentially also towing a trailer behind.
My question is WILL the standard 2" receiver fit into proper placement onto the front bumper/frame to allow such an effort?
OR is a special receiver required due to the front frames unique structure?
ANY assistance in this effort is welcome. thanks for the advice in advance.

The idea sounds good, but if it will work without problems is kinda iffy, because front wheels of towed 4 wheel vehicle , unit, may not want to directly follow the towing vehicle.
