Back in January, I purchased a used Ford Edge with 106××× miles. 2 weeks later, the Transmission started slipping. I took it in to the dealer I purchased from. They informed me that they had to rebuild the Transmission. Several months later (July 27, 2017) the Transmission completely blows.
I take it to the local ford dealership. They inform me the Transmission needs to be replaced as it is a total loss.
While driving, the speedometer stopped working, the wrench turned on and the airbag light lit up. I also lost my mileage readout. The next morning I took it to ford here in Las Vegas. The dealer informs me it's a $4900 repair. Now I have a warranty. But the only cover $136.16 in labor and replacement of core and ford charges $150 per hour. So here I am with a car that I owe 919.37 to get back. The warranty company placed a used transmission from a wrecking yard. Now the value of my $9900 car dropped to $6122.
Does anyone know what I can do to get my investment back or is there a forced recsll i dont know of thst i can make ford psy for all my repairs?

Please help, I'm desparate!!!
