I just got my tie rods done and a lot of other work done on my car!!!
My steering wheel is off-center I know it's not a big deal but it annoys the crap out of me , what would make Center again???

 

Who ever did the tie rod work didn't have the steering wheel centered or didn't check it. It is no real trouble for that shop to complete the job and correct the center problem. Just take it back and they will need to adjust tie rod length to correct it.
